1.    1. All applications to extract forest resources or establishing a factory on wood product will be

          processed according to the proper procedures.

3.    2. License to extract forest resources will be issued not more than six (6) months from the date

          of approval, after all the requirements are met.

5.    3. License to establish a wood based factory will be issued not more than one (1) month from

          the date of the completion of the factory, after all the requirements are met.

7.    4. The result regarding application to extend license on extracting forest resources or license

          to establish a wood based factory will be issued not more than one (1) month from the date

          of application received.

1    5. Appreciation the information and feedback received from the public. All complaint regarding

          the offence related to the forest will be dealt not more than three (3) days.
